Delivery:
All items purchased are subject to delivery charges. All delivery charges are at cost. We will endeavour to dispatch books within 24 hours (working days only) of receiving your order. Whilst we have a policy of world wide delivery it is possible that in certain circumstances we have the right to decline to supply books to certain geographic locations. If payment has been made a full refund will be given within 24hrs.
Returns/Cancellations:
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. However if you contact us to cancel the order before the items are shipped we will provide a full refund. If for any reason you are unhappy with a book please contact us first to discuss the return of the item. In the event of a book being damaged, defective or incorrect, you can return it in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the book. Please note that we cannot accept returns delivered by hand. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights (see below).
Stocking:
We endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can, but please remember stocks may be limited or subject to availability. We update our web site as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. If you order a book and it is subsequently reported as unavailable by our supplier a full refund will be given within 24hrs.
Privacy:
This site is committed to respecting your privacy. We recognize your need for reasonable control of personally identifiable information that you share with us. Personally identifiable information is any information that is associated with your name. We will never pass on details of our customers to any third parties unless it is necessary in the provision of an order or in response to a court order or lawful requests from governmental authorities. We never store the financial details of our customers once a order has been processed. We will never pass on any financial details of our customers to third parties.
